Jenny S. Huang (JSH) is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean, Affiliate of Harvard Medical School.
Inspired by her own childhood experiences combined with an upbringing in Zen rituals, JSH has been exploring the reasons why people behave the way they do since childhood.
JSH went on to investigate how our minds affect our bodies and how our lifestyle choices affect our minds through her studies at USC, Columbia, and more.
